Job Description:
Responsibilities:
● Design and develop high-converting landing pages including advertorials, listicles, sales pages, and product detail pages (PDP).
● Create visually appealing static ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
● Develop static images for our organic social media posts across various platforms.
● Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
● Utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness.
● Continuously test and optimize designs based on performance data and user feedback.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices, and AI advancements in design.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in designing landing pages, static ads, and social media graphics.
● Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in landing page design, static ads, and social media visuals.
● Solid understanding of CRO principles and how to apply them to design.
● Strong understanding of Customer UX
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
● Experience with AI tools and techniques in the context of design (e.g., Adobe Sensei, DALL-E, or other AI-powered design tools).
● Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
● Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
● Monday to Friday
● Weekends as needed
