Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with customers
- Generate collections of outstanding invoices through various communication methods (phone, email, etc.)
- Review missed promise to pay dates
- Review and approve campaign emails
- Monitor credit memos
- Take credit card payments over the phone
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role, specifically in handling collections of overdue invoices
- Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email and in-person
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster positive customer relationships
- The ability to adapt to different customer personalities, preferences and situations while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor
- Capacity to understand customer needs, address concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Excellent time management and organization skills to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- The ability to work well in a team-based environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
- Willingness to travel for job-related purposes, as needed.

- This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
- Location is open to candidates from our Ile des Chenes, Manitoba office or our Burlington, Ontario office. We are recruiting one person for this position.
