Our team is on the lookout for exceptional talent. We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, Construction District Manager who is driven by superior service.
ROLE SUMMARY
The District Manager bears the responsibility of overseeing their division and all projects within it. Their duties
encompass managing Quality Control (QC) personnel on all projects, serving as the primary point of contact for
client escalations, and ensuring project timelines are met. Furthermore, they provide valuable support to QCs by
sharing their construction expertise and are prepared to travel to client sites to resolve any issues that may
arise. The District Manager is held accountable for initiating projects promptly, adhering to budget constraints,
and ensuring timely project completion. They are also responsible for encouraging clients to provide 5-star
reviews on various online platforms once projects are successfully finished.
Role and Expectations:
● The management of projects, Quality Control, and handling renovator escalations
● KR/BR project support
● Change Order Creation
● New Hired - KR "Check-list" completion
● Mandatory Site Visits (Fast Field Check-List)
● Ongoing Report Due every Monday
● RFPO
● QC TRAINING - To review the process, Work requests etc with new QC's
● Confirm that all KMs have accepted their WRs and started kitchen manufacturing
● Site Visits Due to Escalation/Client Complaints
● Weekly QC Site visit Form Review
● QC - Constr. Issues (Quality, delays, client concerns)
● KR/BR Construction Issues
● Ongoing Project escalations
● Resources Report
● Credit approvals
● Customer Final Payment refusal - Negotiations
● Communication with Warranty Manager
● Communication with Purchasing - MUST DEAL WITH PURCH. MNGR. ONLY!
● Weekly Timeline calculator review
● Ongoing project report (Updated Weekly)
Skills/Requirements
1. 5+ Years Construction Experience
2. Experience with residential work
3. Management experience
