Coordinate Production Activities:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process management to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, adjust timelines as needed, and communicate schedule changes to relevant teams.
- Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and manage supplies to ensure all production needs are met.
- Serve as a liaison between production teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure clear communication and resolution of any issues.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards by monitoring production processes, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation to track progress and support audits.
- Address and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production coordination or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes effectively.
- Attention to Detail and Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
