One of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices in Ontario has an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader/CEO! This is a Full-Time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, and “non-selling" Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader and will be well-versed in KW systems and business models (this is not a requirement). Relocation to the Ontario market is required and okay if needed.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
OTE: $120,000 - $125,000
The commission is based on the Team Leader's productivity.

Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Lead the Market Center and implement OP's vision
- Use Growth Initiative tools to hit goals for appointments, recruits, and profitability
- Consult the top 20% of associates to boost productivity and retention
- Develop associates to achieve minimum average income
- Build market share and profitability
- Oversee staff and provide training opportunities
Key Duties:
- Recruit and hire sales associates weekly
- Promote Market Center value to recruits and associates
- Oversee training for new and experienced sales associates
- Lead sales meetings and business sessions
- Manage staff professionalism and performance
- Research competition and develop marketing strategies
- Conduct staff and associate performance reviews
Interactions:
- Set goals and plan with staff daily
- Train and develop sales associates daily
- Recruit new sales associates weekly
- Address buyer/seller/vendor issues as needed
- Monitor key metrics with OP and MCA weekly
Management:
- Oversee staff and sales associates
- 2–3 years of top 5% real estate sales experience
- Passion for recruiting
- Basic financial reporting (P&Ls) for business decisions
- Excellent people, leadership, and team-building skills
- Strong goal-setting, planning, and accountability abilities
- Problem-solving, proactive, and positive attitude
- Career development and training expertise
- Proven sales success, especially in residential real estate
- Computer and MLS proficiency
- Consistent track record of success in previous roles
