RWI Synthetics is seeking a Partnership Development Executive to add to our growing Business Development team. As a Partnership Development Executive, you will work closely with our potential partners and their connections on their RWI journey, from pre-sales network building through marketing initiatives and sales targets to supporting partner sales initiatives and ensuring fulfillment exceeds all expectations. Communication skills will be key to the partnership journey to convey ideas, negotiate terms, articulate joint value, and support collaboration. You must be a strategic thinker who can quickly identify potential opportunities, align partnerships with organization goals and create win-win scenarios to maximize the value of the partnership. As partners close, you will represent their values and expectations throughout the project on the team and work to exceed the customer's promise. A valid passport and ability to travel are requirements for the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate and manage a portfolio of successful new partnerships with industry, government, institutes and organizations to amplify the applications of the RWI platform and services.
- Adapt, create and navigate business models with channel partners, new regional partners, bid consortiums and distributors.
- Initiate and close prospective partners in new target markets.
- Connect with key decision makers to understand their business challenges and provide solutions through RWI services.
- Work closely with RWI's CEO and COO.
- Manage and progress relationships with current partners.
- Update the CRM Salesforce platform meticulously, ensuring contact, account, and opportunity information are continuously updated and moving forward to reach targets.
- Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and work with others to match contract requirements with delivery and operations.
- Liaise with the marketing team to organize effective external communications
- Maintain communications.
- Write and revise Statements of Work, Proposals, and Partnership Agreements improving templates and pricing models
- Attend trade shows and participate in trade acceleration initiatives as required
- Manage quarterly business reviews with key service partners and leadership.

- You have at least five years of hands-on experience in partnership development and bring a network of connections with you.
- Your eagerness to keep yourself updated on the latest developments in industry and with other teams is obvious
- You have a demonstrated capability as a team player, willing to teach skills, share knowledge and work closely to advance team goals.
- You are a quick learner, able and interested in acquiring new skills and competencies.
- You can adapt to challenging timelines and be flexible to the shifting needs of a fast-paced environment.
