Your Opportunity

As the Digital Lead at Kathairos Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategies, responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of our digital presence.

In this pivotal role, you will strategize and manage the company's website updates and developments, optimize landing pages and subdomains, and integrate essential third-party tools such as chatbots, tracking pixels, and webforms.

Your responsibilities will extend to digital advertising, where you will handle the planning, budgeting, audience building, and creative direction of our campaigns across various platforms. A keen focus on SEO will require you to conduct competitor research, integrate keywords, and execute on-page and off-page ranking activities, alongside technical site improvements.

Email marketing and lead nurturing will also be under your purview, involving everything from planning and list-building to email writing, design, distribution, and workflow iteration. Your role will be crucial in funnel building for lead capture and automation, integrating SQL handoffs, and iterating growth marketing strategies.

You will leverage data insights to monitor and report on website analytics, search rankings, domain authority, and the performance of both organic and paid channels. This will include tracking conversions from marketing-qualified leads (MQL) to sales-qualified leads (SQL) and assessing the success of launch initiatives and ongoing campaigns.

As a leader in our marketing department, your strategic vision, technical expertise, and data-driven approach will be vital in driving Kathairos Solutions' digital marketing efforts to new heights, ensuring that our sustainability initiatives reach and resonate with our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Strategy & Development: Strategy, site updates, landing page and subdomain design, paid campaign integration, third-party tools, SEO tactics, data insights.
  • Campaign Management: Planning, strategy, budgeting, audience building, creative direction, campaign creation and iteration, publishing, reporting.
  • SEO & Competitor Analysis: Competitor research, keyword integration, on/off-page ranking activities, technical site improvements, reporting.
  • Email Marketing: Planning, list building, email writing, design and distribution, workflow iteration, cross-department collaboration, reporting.
  • Lead Generation & Growth Marketing: Funnel building, lead magnet creation, SQL handoffs, ERP integration, growth marketing strategy iteration.
  • Performance Analytics: Website analytics, search ranking, domain authority, channel performance (organic and paid), MQL and SQL conversions, campaign successes.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, information technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, or other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in growth marketing, with a strong focus on digital strategy and execution.
  • Website Management: Proven experience in managing corporate websites, including direction, development, and maintenance.
  • Digital Advertising: Extensive experience in planning, executing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in website management tools and platforms, particularly Webflow or similar CMS.
  • SEO Expertise: Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) and practices, with a proven track record of improving search engine performance.
  • Email Marketing & CRM: Strong understanding of sophisticated email marketing platforms and CRM/ERP integration and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Data Analytics: Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Search Console) and the ability to interpret website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Skilled in reporting and data visualization to present insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and cross-departmental projects.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strategic Articulation: Ability to articulate digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Digital Transformation: Experience leading digital transformation projects, focused on optimizing digital channels for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Creativity: Creative mindset with experience directing creative assets for digital use.
