Job SummaryClintar is hiring a for the Winter Season. Join our ice and snow team focused on efficient clearing and de-icing. All roles are on-call, often overnight, and contingent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice, round the clock. We service commercial, industrial, and institutional properties. Join our team and grow with us! There will be an opportunity at the end of the Winter Season for suitable candidates to be hired permanently to join our team.
Responsibilities

• Efficiently shovel snow/ice away from building walkways from designated areas
• Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice
• Must be able get to the designated work site(s) on their own
• Arrive for your shift clear-headed and focused, free from drugs and alcohol
• Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions

Qualifications

• 24/7 on-call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November April
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
