Thanks for checking us out! We're hiring and looking for our next top SEO Intern focused on AI and automation who is ready to contribute to a diverse portfolio of clients across North America. This role is for the Winter term from January to April, 2025. As a digital marketing agency that focuses on SEO, paid media, and content marketing, we are on the front line of emergent AI technologies, API integrations, Python script implementations and more. Our use of AI, advanced tools, APIs and scripting in day-to-day operations is continuing to evolve on an ongoing basis.

As it currently stands, Konstruct leverages AI tools, APIs and scripting to assist with market research to inform strategy, web development code generation, content ideation and generation, SEO keyword research ideation and generation, ad copy ideation and generation, campaign testing, and data analysis.

We expect that AI, among other technological advances, will continue to impact and/or disrupt our industry moving forward. Our current mandate is to remain vigilant and agile so that we may be positioned to benefit from further advances.

A little about the role…
As an SEO Intern focusing on AI and automation at Konstruct, you'll be working alongside our SEO team to guide SEO tactics required to deliver game-changing results for our clients. You will contribute to keyword research, review and analyze data, contribute to long-term strategy roadmaps, help compile results that will be presented to clients, identify trends, complete SEO maintenance utilizing automation and work with our content team to create effective SEO content for our clients using AI tools. You must be a student enrolled in a program at a Canadian accredited post-secondary institution, legally entitled to work in Canada. International students or students with work permits need not apply.

A little about you…
Your Experience:
* You have experience working with SEO (despite your family having no idea what this is when you tell them what you do).
* You are familiar with major SEO research tools such as Google Analytics (yes this includes GA4), Semrush, Google Search Console, Sitebulb/Screaming Frog, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, etc…
* You are familiar with processes that contribute to keyword research, keyword mapping, and identifying keyword opportunities.
* You are excited about Artificial Intelligence and how to benefit from it.
* You're familiar with SEO competitor analysis and link building.
* You have strong writing skills and understand what SEO-focused content is.
* You can use terms like “backlinks”, “keywords”, and “SERP” effectively in a sentence.
* You know the basics of HTML, CSS, JSON, and have worked with a WordPress website before.
* You consider yourself tech-savvy, and your family calls you when they have computer issues (not saying you answer the phone)
* You manage your personal finances using a spreadsheet.
* More important than anything: you love to learn - this field is always changing and you love to change with it!
