About the Role:

Are you a Kelowna-based powerhouse passionate about People, Community and general administrative tasks?

We seek a highly motivated and dynamic People Manager / EA to join our team.

In this role, you will report directly to Tod, the General Manager of Martell Media.

This person will be primarily responsible for maintaining company contracts and benefits, onboarding and offboarding team members, creating SOPs, and performing Executive Assistant duties.
