Location: Saskatoon, SK, Regina, SK

Salary: 20$/Hour starting with meal per diems and out of town premiums.

Status: One Seasonal (position expected to end in December 2024). The position is expected to operate 40+ hours weekly, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM or as needed.

ATS Traffic Saskatoon is looking for one person to join the team ! Do you enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather? Are you motivated, hardworking and looking for your new opportunity?

If so, consider joining ATS Traffic's On-Street Services department as an Install operator, Traffic Control Person and Shop Laborer.

As an install operator, you will be responsible for transporting equipment and materials to job sites throughout Saskatchewan and installing guardrail, crash barriers and signs. Other duties could include conducting traffic control on highways, around cities, construction sites and major events such as music festivals and sporting events by designing safe lane closures and traffic detours with physical setup and removal of devices such as barricades, pylons, signage and digital messaging boards.

This role will also work within the shop to assist with shipping and receiving.

• A valid (non-graduated) Class 5 driver's license with a G-endorsement and clean driving abstract. A class 3 or better with an air brake endorsement is preferred and may lead to increased opportunities.
• Own method of transportation to get to and from work is preferred.
• As this is a safety-sensitive position, all employees must undergo and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. This includes use of marijuana, medical or recreational.
• Ability to successfully pass a Fit Test including lifting between 50 and 75 pounds.
• Experience in either Traffic Control or Construction industry is an asset.
