Customer Service Representative, Full-Time (Outbound Agent)

Job Location: FFUN Cars Saskatoon

Work Schedule: Monday to-Saturday with a mutually agreed upon day off during the week.

What you'll be doing:

  • Respond to inbound customer requests (phone, text, email, internet leads)
  • Proactive outbound calls to schedule regular maintenance, recalls and preventive services.
  • Upselling and providing information on services to customers
  • Outbound customer satisfaction follow up calls after service appointment
  • Maintain and update customer and vehicle information during every contact
  • Address or escalate any potential issues identified by customers
  • Maintain relationships with other departments in the dealership – Parts, Sales, Service as well as management
  • Ability to actively listen to the customer and deliver 110% customer experience

Some superhero traits we are looking for:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience – either face to face or over the phone
  • Are service oriented with high energy, initiative, and engaging attitude
  • Are dedicated to the mastery of understanding and meeting the customers needs.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout telephone interactions and written communications with customers and internal departments.
  • Are adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while ensuring flexibility, accuracy and positivity.
  • Are a self starter who loves to problem solve and has a passion for teamwork
  • Have a strong proficiency of multi-line phone systems and Google programs including Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry is considered an asset.
