You will

• Maintain cash forecasting models and scenario analysis to support short, mid, and long-term planning
• Collaborate with various House Teams to understand cash projections and variance analysis at the project and property level
• Review supporting documentation, excel models, and accounting information in order to provide explanations as to causes of variances
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management providing insight and recommendations for decision making
• Oversee daily corporate cash management, with support from Treasury Administrator, including account management, cash transfers and wires, and intercompany funding
• Support the treasury side of acquisitions, dispositions, re-organizations and other transactions
• Continuously assess and improve treasury processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the development and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance treasury operations
• Lead new treasury initiatives, such as foreign exchange management, investment management and hedging

You have

• A CPA or CFA designation (preferred)
• Proven experience in treasury management and cash flow forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Real estate experience (an asset)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; must have the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment

Salary range

• $140,000 - $180,000 per year estimated, based on experience
