Job Summary: The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key corporate accounts. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored IT solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and IT needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
