Kickstart your career as a Pre-Apprentice Student with a focus in Millwrighting in the skilled trades with our Skilled Trades Accelerator Bootcamp. This unique 3-month program combines foundational training, hands-on practice, and on-the-job rotations, specifically designed to introduce you to the essentials of Millwrighting. You'll have the opportunity to work with both Tri-Mach and Advance Millwrights, gaining experience in two distinct field within Millwrighting. It is crucial that our Pre-Apprentice Students promote a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.

What you'll gain:

• 6 weeks of in-class theory training, covering the fundamentals of skilled trades combined with hands-on labs
• 6 weeks on-the-job rotation, where you'll shadow professionals in various industries, including agricultural, food, beverage and pharmaceutical environments

Upon successful completion of the Skilled Trades Accelerator Bootcamp, you'll have the opportunity to be provided with an offer for a Pre-Apprenticeship role, allowing you to focus on Millwrighting and continue developing your skills. Our program is designed to give you a head start in your career, preparing you for a future in the skilled trades.

Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of High School or equivalent
• Safety first mindset
• Desire to pursue a career in millwrighting
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• You have a get it done attitude
• Excellent time management and ability to focus on task at hand
• Strong attention to detail
