As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in the business development process by securing meetings for our sales team with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to identify potential clients and set appointments for the business development team.
• Qualify leads and gather key information to ensure the meeting aligns with company goals.
• Build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges in construction projects.
• Schedule appointments between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow up on inquiries and keep track of outreach efforts through proper documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies and refine the appointment setting process.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar sales support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role, with no limit on the amount you can earn. The more appointments you set, the higher your earning potential.
