Orangetheory Fitness Bedford is currently looking for fun, intelligent and passionate Fitness & Health Enthusiasts to join our growing team!
2020 to 2022 were hard years on the fitness industry. While most companies were closing locations Orangetheory Fitness opened over 50 new locations in the US and 15 new locations in Canada. We have 3 locations in the HRM- Larry Uteck Bedford, Young St Halifax, and MicMac Mall Dartmouth. We are currently hiring for our Bedford location.

As an Orangetheory Fitness Health Enthusiast you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis! You will participate in the operation and success of a fast paced fitness studio. You will build relationships with OTF members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base and you will be responsible providing our members with a best in class customer experience.

Education and/or Experience Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales experience and customer service experience is a great asset for the Sales Associate Positions
- Sales Associates must have basic knowledge of how to use a computer. Our main operating system is Mind Body Online (MBO) and they must be able to learn this system in a timely manner in order to be successful in their position.
Salary Ranges:
- Sales staff $15.50 to $16 per hour plus commissions (average commissions range from $25 to $175 per week, people skills make all the difference)
- Sales Associate positions lead into Assistant Studio Manger, Studio Manger and Regional Manager positions with greater salaries and bonuses
- Sales Associate positions also lead into Coaching positions, many of our current coaches started as Sales Associates
