Davey Tree Expert Co. of Canada, Limited has been performing tree care and vegetation management services across Canada since 1930. We are looking for a part-time office administrator for our Stouffville location. This position will be 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm .

• Answering Telephones and responding to customer service requests.
• Send and receive e-mails promptly, as well as emailing invoices.
• Check phone messages and return calls.
• Assist in scheduling consultations, appointments and estimates for Arborists.
• Efficient at preparing Arborists Reports, Management Plans and Proposals in Microsoft Word.
• Responsible for proposal courtesy calls and any job call ahead needed.
• Responsible for setting up new clients and confirmed work in our customer database.
• Set up Plant Health Care clients and client data sheets in Microsoft Word.
• Ensure all client info, proposals etc. are properly filled.
• Assist with yearly client renewals, processing confirmed client renewals.
• Assist in picking up the mail.
• Oversee and assist with safety programs, Ensuring accurate files.
• Set up utility locates

• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Great communicator
• Proficient with:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Office
  • Google Maps
