NOTE: Hybrid 3 days in the office - Flexible - required to be in the office if needed.
MUST HAVE:
- Technical Skills (3+ years experience)
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and proficiency with Microsoft Fabric (or similar) for collecting and storing data from various sources.
- Ability to use notebooks for data analysis and transformation, skills in cleaning and preprocessing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Expertise in creating visual representations using Power BI (or similar) to develop interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience utilizing Copilot (or similar) for natural language interaction with data, making it easier to generate insights and visualizations.
- Analytical Skills (3+ years experience)
- Understanding of statistical methods to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and solve problems through data-driven insights.
- Knowledge of business processes and how data can be used to improve decision-making and performance.
- AI and Machine Learning Skills (1+ year experience)
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts to leverage Copilot (or similar) for enhanced data analysis and visualization.
- Experience using AI tools to provide data-driven insight and perform predictive analytics.

Responsibilities
- Developed, recommended, implemented, and managed the technical architecture (hardware, software, database, and communications) for all or specific applications in a large, distributed cross-platform environment.
- Identified relevant information and determined the appropriate environment for development.
General Skills
- Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level.
- Extensive experience with at least three different platforms, operating systems, environments, database technologies, and communication protocols.
- Experience with middleware and gateways.
- Knowledge of performance considerations across various environments.
- Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments.
- Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL, with the ability to guide others in using this methodology.
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs.
- Experience preparing conceptual, logical, and/or physical processes and data models.
- Experience developing, recommending, implementing, and managing technical architecture.
- Experience using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools and other software tools such as project management tools.

Technical Skills (40%)
- Data Ingestion and Storage:
- Microsoft Fabric: Proficiency in using Microsoft Fabric for collecting and storing data from various sources, both batch and real-time (or similar tools and skills).
- Data Warehousing: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices as resource will be working with data Engineers.
- Data Analysis and Transformation:
- Ability to use notebooks for data analysis and transformation, leveraging languages like Python, Spark, and SQL.
- Data Cleaning: Skills in cleaning and preprocessing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Visualization and Reporting:
- Power BI: Expertise in creating visual representations of data using Power BI to develop interactive dashboards and reports (or similar).
- Copilot for Fabric: Utilizing Copilot for natural language interaction with data, making it easier to generate insights and visualizations (or similar).
Analytical Skills (35%)
- Data Interpretation:
- Statistical Analysis: Understanding of statistical methods to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
