Location: Various locations across British Columbia

As a Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a healthcare practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient administrative processes. Your leadership will be essential in managing staff, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational aspects of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes to ensure financial viability.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, addressing concerns and enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and patient care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Analyze practice performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare management, with at least two years in a practice management role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, billing practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in practice management software and electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
