Supply Chain Project Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid- 2 days a week on-site

As the Supply Chain Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex supply chain projects, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with the Supply Chain, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of processes, from sourcing raw materials to managing the product lineup.
You will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling while driving operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term supply chain projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for supply chain projects.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of supply chain strategies.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Lead efforts to improve supply chain performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze and present project performance data to key stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Drive cost savings initiatives and improve efficiencies across the supply chain.
- Support new product launches by leading supply chain readiness activities and coordinating between various teams.
- Lead post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for future improvement.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 4+ years of experience Project Management
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects within the supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, MRP, and project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Salary Range: $74,000-$95,000
Compensation will be based on the candidate skills, education, experience and qualifications. This compensation information is provided in accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act. and is an estimate based on what a BC applicant might be paid. Similar positions located outside of British Columbia will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
