General Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, with prior supervision of staff. The candidate must also be knowledgeable in CAD and have completed Six Sigma training. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within budget and timeline.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing
- Prior experience supervising staff
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Six Sigma training and certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
