We seek a data-driven Acquisition Ecommerce Marketer to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple marketing channels. The Acquisition Marketer will develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across various digital and traditional marketing channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. You will manage marketing budgets, optimize digital experiences, and ensure all efforts align with business goals, with a strong focus on maximizing profit and contribution margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media: Develop and manage paid media strategies (Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.), optimize campaigns, and collaborate with vendors to maximize acquisition.
  • Organic Acquisition: Lead SEO strategies, optimize content, and enhance traffic growth.
  • Website Management: Oversee website updates, A/B testing, and user experience to drive conversions.
  • Performance & Analytics: Track KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROAS), manage marketing budgets, analyze customer behavior, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. with 5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing and/or acquisition marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proficiency in the Shopify ecosystem.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, Google, TikTok, MNTN, and Triple Whale).
• Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on profitability.
• Competency in HTML, Javascript, CSS, and Liquid is a plus.
• Design experience in Figma is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
