Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc. is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and work in the manufacturing and engineering recruitment division for our Western Canada region.

What we Expect!

• Responsible for recruiting for open roles with our current clients in BC, AB and MB region.
• Responsible for screening candidates and working with clients/ accounts to support in trades, engineering and technical hiring.
• Responsible for creating a market presence of Dawn Staffing in Western Canada.
• Driving business to success and taking full responsibility for the desk assigned.
• Building prospective candidates list and work with current clients to fill open positions.
• Take full responsibility of sourcing, phone screening, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiations and managing the process for manufacturing and/or engineering positions.
• Establish regular tracking of pipeline activity to share with internal team members
• Maintain a strong and efficient operating rhythm with our team
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

• Experience recruiting for Skilled Trades, Engineers and Manufacturing roles.
• Experience running to 180 or 360 desk in Manufacturing or Engineering recruitment.
• Experience working on high volume recruitment.
• Experience working on ATS
• Experience working on head hunting and sourcing from Linkedin and Indeed.

What you'll need to be successful:

• The ability to connect with candidates from various sources and screen resumes and candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
• Technology savvy; skilled at utilizing Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and an ATS product.
