What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for a hands-on, get things done E-Commerce Manager who's ready to make things happen. Reporting to the CEO, you'll play a key role in executing our digital marketing and e-commerce efforts. From implementing and running campaigns, managing the website to bringing in new customers and optimizing the shopping experience, you'll be in the driver's seat. This role is all about taking action—whether you're creating email campaigns, launching paid ads, boosting SEO, or handling the daily tasks of our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee all aspects of our online store on Shopify, including updating product listings, pricing, managing promotions, and tracking inventory.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Monitor daily performance, optimize bids, and ensure campaigns are driving conversions efficiently.
  • Hands-on implementation of SEO strategies—conduct keyword research, update Meta tags, improve on-page SEO, and collaborate on link-building efforts. Optimize Google Ads to boost paid search results.
  • Build, design, and send email campaigns using tools like Klaviyo. Create segmented lists, set up automations, run A/B tests, and analyze results to improve engagement and drive sales.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Use data insights to adjust campaigns and tactics on the fly.
  • Enhance the user experience (UX) and improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, optimize checkout processes, and ensure the website is fast and mobile-friendly.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages that are optimized for both SEO and conversions. Develop compelling ad copy, email subject lines, and other marketing materials.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and direct traffic to our online store.
  • Continuously update and enhance the website to provide a smooth, user-friendly, and conversion-focused online experience. Make real-time updates to the Shopify store as necessary.
  • Carry out influencer outreach and manage relationships to drive brand awareness and sales through influencer content and partnerships.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Proven ability to execute SEO strategies and optimize SEM campaigns effectively.
  • Experience in directly managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns with a focus on driving conversions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize performance using data insights.
  • Ability to identify and resolve challenges quickly within the e-commerce space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
