The Role:

Canco is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support or CEO. This person will be responsible for supporting the CEO on day-to-day tasks, to drive the efficiency of the company. This individual will have a strong background in administrative duties, great communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO.
  • Managing conflicting priorities/meetings and rescheduling as needed.
  • Screening and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence for the CEO.
  • Preparing communications via email or mail on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organizing and preparing for meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Booking and coordinating travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Act as a point of contact for all internal and external parties for the CEO
  • Support in organizing company events, meetings, and other events as required.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations and reports.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system for all documents, both physical and digital.
  • Provide personal support to the CEO, such as managing personal appointments or handling personal tasks.
  • Other duties as required.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative or office management related role.
  • An individual that thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
