Role Summary/Purpose: The Administrator role is based in our Grande Prairie Office location, the successful candidate will support the team with weekly projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Process basic journal entries and month end entries
  • Order entry within JD Edwards
  • Maintain various spreadsheets.
  • Ensure company's compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Create PO and sales orders
  • Support multiple locations within Canada from the Grande Prairie office
  • Other Admin duties as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Diploma from an accredited university or college is preferred (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience in finance role)
  • A self-starter with strong drive, initiative and excellent attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong sense of confidentiality
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the country in which the position is located
