• Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders using Outlook.
• Generate and analyze reports in Excel, ensuring accurate data presentation.
• Balance and manage the workload within the team to ensure efficient task completion.
• Prepare detailed weekly reports and present them to customers for progress updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to support ongoing projects and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop step-by-step checklists for the team to follow in order to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Open and manage tickets in ClearVision for tracking tasks and issues.
• Use ServiceNow to manage and track tasks, ensuring smooth workflow operations.
