Commercial Property Management company seeks maintenance and repair person to work in a full-time “permanent” contract position in the Fort Saskatchewan and Edmonton areas. Tasks include: Minor construction tasks, structural, electrical and plumbing repairs: repairs to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors and windows and flooring, and painting. Building and site maintenance: clean-up, replacement of light bulbs and fixtures, furnace filter, HVAC maintenance. Applicant must have reasonable mobility (stairs& ladders) a valid driver's license and their own transportation. This opportunity is available to start immediately.

Requirements

Must be Canadian resident.
Must Have Minimum 2 years experience.
Must Have Valid Drivers License / own transportation.
Must have some tools.
