Contract Duration and Work Hours:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all event tracking and data collection through Rudderstack, ensuring the accuracy of event streams and data flows into downstream systems.
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring all necessary data is captured for reporting and analysis.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring rigorous statistical analysis to improve website performance and user experience.
- Utilize Snowflake to connect and manage large datasets, integrating data across various platforms to build a cohesive reporting infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, and other tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytics strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in web analytics, including a deep understanding of event-based tracking, reporting, and A/B testing.
- Expertise in Rudderstack, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, with a proven track record of managing these platforms end-to-end.
- Proficiency in Snowflake for data integration, management, and analysis.
- Strong experience with PowerBI and Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing methodologies, design, and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of statistical principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with other marketing and data analytics platforms is a plus.
