Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing various campaigns, managing digital content, coordinating events, and analyzing market trends. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and brand standards.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and promotional activities, managing logistics, vendor relations, and on-site execution.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, compiling data for reports to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools like CRM, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
