Title: Production Technician
Location Onsite: Beamsville, ON. CANADA
Description:
The Production Technician must have experience in assembly of product, ability to read drawings accurately and have experience with hand and power tools. This individual must be organized, able to multi-task, and able to communicate effectively. Previous construction, greenhouse and irrigation systems experience and knowledge will be an asset.
Departmental Responsibilities And Skills:
- Experience assembling finished product, both mechanical and electrical.
- Experience with measuring, using die-grinders, disc-grinders, and other hand and power tools in a production setting
- Cutting various materials with various tools
- Must be conscientious and have a good eye for detail to ensure that quality product is achieved
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Critical thinking, resourceful, and the ability to "think outside of the box"
- Able to read and interpret drawings accurately as necessary
- Able to work well and accurately under pressure - in time sensitive situations
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Able to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Forklift, reach truck and scissor lift experience an asset
- Able to lift 50 lbs. as necessary
- Ability to kneel, stoop, limb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift
- Must have your own transportation and safety footwear
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Work with all departments to fill needs of the company and customer
- Participate in training programs as required
- Follow all company safety, policies and protocols

Renumeration:
Competitive wages that will be based on experience, knowledge and skill set. A health benefit package is offered after successful completion of the probationary period. We offer vacation time and a positive work environment. The position is full-time days, Monday to Friday.
