Clearwater Structures Inc. is looking for a Yard Controller/Class A Driver to add to our growing team. The Yard Controller will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the yard.

Main Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving – coordinate with relevant parties, organize and prepare outgoing items for shipment, receive and inspect incoming items
• Yard organization – ensure all items are organized in an efficient and effective manner, items store safety and securely, yards is clean, organized and maintained to ensure efficiency and safe working environment
• Some truck driving (all company equipment ie; roll-off, reefer, tractor trailer, etc)
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and schedule of activities in the yard
• Other related projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and construction material storage (ie; telehandler, overhead crane, forklift, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Must have a valid full A license and clean abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
