SKILLED HANDYPERSON

Responsibilities:

• Restoration scopes of work
• Some carpentry work, including framing
• Drywalling
• Flooring removal and installation
• Finishing work
• Painting
• Project quality management
• General site housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Previous restoration experience is required
• Removal experience for commercial and residential scopes
• Carpentry / framing experience
  
• Drywalling experience
• Flooring install experience
• Painting experience
• Ability to work long hours (10+ hour days) outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical able to perform heavy manual tasks, including lifting, shoveling, moving heavy materials up to 50lbs
• Working understanding of site hazard assessments and able to complete daily safety documentation in an accurate and timely manner
• Be fit for duty and prepared for work each day
• Positive attitude / team player
• Strong communication / listening skills and ability to follow direction
