The Role: The Outbound Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient planning and coordination of outbound shipments. This role involves meticulous planning of trucks, coordination with freight providers and storage facilities, managing project documentation, and liaising with operations on inventory levels. Additionally, the coordinator will manage inbound POs, provide excellent customer service for North American clients, and ensure seamless order management through various platforms including Wherefour and Shopify.

Requirements

  • Planning & Coordination:
    • Plan truck loads, ensuring optimal quantities and SKU mix.
    • Coordinate delivery schedules with freight providers and storage facilities.
    • Liaise with operations team to monitor and manage inventory levels for current and future shipments.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage all relevant documents, including annex H, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Customer Service & PO Management:
    • Handle inbound PO management, providing top-tier customer service for North American clients.
    • Confirm purchase orders (POs) and ship dates, ensuring timely communication with customers.
    • Manage PO revisions, including edits, consolidations, and other necessary adjustments.
    • Utilize Wherefour for PO management and ensure accuracy of all entries.
  • Order Management:
    • Manage orders through Shopify, ensuring all details are accurately captured and processed.
    • Notify customers upon order completion, providing necessary updates and confirmations.
    • Upon shipping or customer pickup, notify the Finance department and provide a shipping summary for invoicing purposes.
    • Ensure the ERP system (Wherefour) is updated promptly upon order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or a related field.
    • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in using ERP systems, specifically Wherefour, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
