We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Sidewalk Snow Removal Crews to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of walkways, and parking areas. Physical labor will be required with the expectation that you can regularly manipulate loads of at least 44 lbs. During the summer months, you will be maintaining outdoor landscapes for residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are clean, healthy, and visually appealing

Key Responsibilities:

• Snow Removal (Winter Months):
  • Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots using shovels, snow blowers, and walk behind brooms.
  • Apply salt or de-icing chemicals to prevent ice buildup.
  • Respond to snow and ice events as needed (early mornings, late nights, and weekends). This is an on-call position, 24 hours / 7 days per week and the ability to stay up to date with weather forecasts.
  • Guaranteed 70 hours monthly
• Landscape Maintenance:
  • Mow, edge, and trim lawns.
  • Prune shrubs, hedges, and trees.
  • Weed flower beds
  • Perform seasonal cleanup (leaf removal, planting, etc.).
  • Operate power tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• 5 drivers license, and your own vehicle to come to work.

Shift days and times may vary based on client needs.
