Our in-house design departments include Architecture, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

Who Are We Looking For

As the Senior Proposal Specialist, you will lead our efforts in developing compelling proposals that resonate with our clients and reflect our brand standards. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Your strategic vision and deep understanding of the proposal process will be instrumental in driving new business.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process, spearheading the development of tailored responses to diverse RFPs.
• Interpret RFP requirements, establish project schedules, allocate tasks to teams, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information to ensure submissions are compelling and competitive.
• Conduct proactive searches for RFP opportunities across multiple channels, to identify potential business opportunities aligned with our expertise and capabilities.
• Lead the Go-No-Go process, assessing each opportunity strategically to determine our pursuit based on alignment with organizational goals and resources.
• Create and submit award entries that showcase our achievements and contributions in the industry, highlighting our excellence and innovation.
• Establish and maintain an asset library comprising all RFP-related data, ensuring comprehensive content storage and organization for easy accessibility and utilization.
• Conduct client debriefs to solicit feedback on our performance, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Bring

• Degree/Diploma from an accredited institution in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of progressively more responsible roles as a Proposal Specialist.
• Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is an asset.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of InDesign, Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Studio.
