Salary: $18-$19 depending on experience

Duties of the Meat Department Clerk include:

• Wrapping Pork, Chicken, and Beef with the wrapper
• Using a CryoVac Machine
• Cooking whole chickens and pieces in the oven/rotisserie. (Food Safe preferred)
• Stocking Deli and Frozen goods, as well as the meat case itself
• Date checking and checking for product integrity
• Cleaning and Sanitizing the Meat Dept at the end of the day

Part time to possibly lead to full time.

Must be available weekends.
