Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a full-time permanent General Laborer to join its vibrant team. Successful candidates will reflect Ray-Mont's core values: Quality, Flexibility and Innovation.

Work schedule:

• Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm- 1:00am
• Subject to change according to the company's needs

As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics, the main responsibilities of a General Laborer will consist of the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains cleanliness in work areas
• Assist in waste disposal and recycling activities
• Sweeping/ Vacuuming inside & outside
• Garbage removal
• Refilling supplies when required
• Pressure washing
• Use of basic hand tools is an asset (Drills, Nail Guns, Air hoses)
• Use of small machinery is an asset (Skid steer, Forklift, JLG lift)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Required to work at any of our operations. The employee will be cross trained on bulk/bagging

Required Qualifications:

• Must clear background/reference check
• Must clear Medical Assessment as Part of Pre-Hire Process
• Have a valid class 5 driver's License (Terminal is not accessible by public transportation).
• Ability to work/stand for long hours. You will be required to stand during the entire 12-hour shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in any weather condition.
• Be meticulous, organized, and autonomous.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
