POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves selling high-temperature conveyance products made from Albarrie fabrics and fibers such as Kevlar®, Nomex®, PBO, PPS and more. These fabrics are fabricated into goods used in the aluminum extrusion manufacturing process. Additionally, the role includes selling custom-made aftermarket filter bags and accessories for air pollution control in various industries such as asphalt, steel, mining, aggregates, carbon black, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across the United States and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the aluminum extrusion industry and other relevant sectors.
  • Present and demonstrate Albarrie's high-temperature conveyance products and custom-made aftermarket filter bags and accessories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote Albarrie's products and services.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the aluminum extrusion industry or filtration sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of high-temperature felts, fabrics, and dust collector filter bags.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the United States and Canada.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
