About the role:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Food Preparation Workers to be responsible for preparing, cooking, and packaging food items for sale to customers. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety and kosher food preparation standards, the ability to follow instruction, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

For any budding chef, this is an ideal learning environment!

What you'll do:

• Follow precise recipe and food preparation instructions

• Work with open communication to the kitchen manager, management team and colleagues to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of kosher-standard, high quality prepared foods

• Maintain cleanliness and organization to all standards required

What you'll bring:

• Experience in food service and/or preparation
• A commitment to community and customer service

• Resourceful and courteous

• Motivated to learn new things and grow within the Olive Branch family

• Flexibility to work a variety of hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends

• An outstanding teammate with good interpersonal skills

• Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to lift up to 50lb cases

• Ability to follow specific instructions to adhere to kosher law of food handling

• Experience in grocery retail is preferred
