Job summary

The Partnership Specialist is responsible for securing, managing and growing business relationships that support members' personal and professional business needs including maintaining all aspects of business partnership portfolios, member awareness initiatives, and member value assessments under the affinity program.

How you will make a difference

  • Leading all affinity program activity including management of vendor portfolio, contract negotiations, issues management, reporting, and overall program growth.

  • Leading the planning and execution of program awareness initiatives including new vendor launch campaigns, member communications and scheduling, website/mobile app content review and updates, and other awareness initiatives.

  • Leading operational activities including maintaining departmental reporting/dashboards and updating policies and procedures. Implementing quality improvement initiatives, streamlining processes by identifying and eliminating non- value process steps.

  • Leading the planning and execution of special projects including coordinating cross-functional team activities, identifying and working with external vendors, research and analysis, developing timelines, resolving issues and providing regular status reports.

  • Responsible for monitoring and responding to all member inquiries.

Requirements that are important to us

  • Bachelor's degree in BA business administration, marketing or related field

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience

  • Confidence to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects

  • Solid business administrative skills, understanding of business terminology and processes

  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet an asset.

The OMA has moved to a permanent hybrid work environment. As such, the individual in this position will be required to work a minimum number of days in our Toronto office.
