Who We're Looking For:
Our Marketing Project Manager will assist the Sr. Marketing Manager in overseeing all marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish. Responsibilities encompass the initial brainstorming and research phase, straight through implementation or production, and on to debriefing and reporting. We need someone who is capable of multi-tasking with competing priorities, and doesn't shy away from thinking outside the box to develop creative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Sr. Marketing Manager to create and implement the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Develop a content roadmap including key content pillars that address the pain points of our customers.
- Understand key buying personas and help create and distribute content that drives optimal channel performance, e.g., SEO, social, events, content syndication, etc.
- Create a content calendar for the company's blogs and social media accounts.
- Manage and maintain a well-structured content calendar for blogs, social media, lead magnets, and ensure consistent deployment across all channels.
- Cultivate an editorial mindset to anticipate and meet audience preferences and trends.
- Liaise with Copywriters and Graphic Designers to create print and digital advertisements.
- Assist with overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing communications, including overseeing content development, emails, and display advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with members of the marketing team to ensure alignment and projects are on track to meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors.
- Liaise with Events Specialists to assist in the execution of event-related marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales teams to create themes, concepts, and content for events that align with our brand identity.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day event & content product processes, overseeing a dedicated team.
- Plan and execute effective event follow-up through nurture and outreach strategies to maximize revenue generation efforts with Marketing & Sales teams.
- Deploy web pop-ups, blog posts, and organic social media campaigns to engage and convert target audiences.
- Measure and quantify marketing campaign results and incorporate insights into future marketing activities and initiatives.
- Create project timelines and oversee project budgets.
- Represent the company and our brands professionally, in alignment with our branding strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications and/or digital marketing, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
- Proven experience with event management.
- Strong understanding of setting up campaign attribution programs, lead scoring, campaign management, and project management.
- Social media management experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up to date on knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
