Description

The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for providing superior customer service to our agents while assisting them through the deal processing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with agents, administrators & accounting departments on agents inquiries
  • Coordinate and distribute commission and client's cheques
  • Act as a backup for incoming calls for head office deals department
  • Respond to agents' inquiries of their transactions, commission payments, etc.
  • Correspond with cooperating brokerages and lawyers regarding transactions
  • Correspond with all branch administrators regarding transactions and commission cheques and deposit cheques
  • Follow up commission cheques with the outside brokerages and lawyers
  • Follow up on confirmation of closing for sales and leases
  • Remind and follow up with agents about submitting paperwork (i.e. listing agreements) for deal processing and any other tasks related to the daily function of the deal processing department
  • Assist deals with quality control checks on Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (i.e. buyer representation), Fintrac ID etc.
  • Confirm details on a Lonewolf Trade sheet
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
  • Outstanding customer service skills with ability to operate calmly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have experience using Adobe, Microsoft Outlook (BrokerWolf, LoneWolf an asset)
  • Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced office setting
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
