About the Brand Activation Manager Role
- Supports the development of Shopper Marketing programs by leveraging brand and customer strategies, along with shopper insights, to create breakthrough programs that drive engagement
- Effectively manage projects from concept through to execution
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of shopper marketing initiatives.
- Influence and collaborate with sales and brand teams to ensure programs address key customer opportunities.
- Support the development of National Selling Tools
- Manage shopper programs through all stages from concept to execution
- Budget and Project Management
- Analysis of programs and post program evaluations
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in business or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years shopper marketing, customer marketing or sales experience
- Previous CPG | Beverage Alcohol Industry Experience
- On Premise experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships at multiple levels - internally and externally
- Strong project, time management, ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
