Position Overview:

Responsible for all general duties as directed by the department manager. Everybody must have a strong commitment to customer service, working within a team, with an ability to respond to individual customer requests quickly and accurately. Must be available to work afternoon/evening shift. Successful candidates must legally be able to work in Canada.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Offer a greeting to every customer you come into contact with

· Offer assistance to any customer looking as if they need help

· Maintaining all standards for quality, freshness, sanitation and food safety

· Ability to sell products by providing customers with information needed to make buying decisions

· Takes and fills special orders for customers

· Finishes products (e.g. fills or ices donuts, pastries and cakes)

· Packages, labels and prices products for self-service

· Maintains and fills bakery trays, display cases and ingredient bins

· Operates the scale

· Operates the bread slicer

· Helping to verify and unload deliveries from trucks

- Cleaning and washing dishes

· Additional tasks and duties as required or requested by supervisor
