Reports To: Event Manager/Coordinator
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Event Staff team. As an Event Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring that attendees have a positive and memorable experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with setting up event spaces, including arranging chairs, tables, booths, and décor, and breaking down the space after the event.
  • Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests with information, event details, seating arrangements, and general inquiries.
  • Vendor and Performer Support: Assist vendors, performers, or speakers by providing logistical support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Safety Monitoring: Help enforce safety protocols and ensure event regulations are followed.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any attendee issues or concerns in a professional manner or escalate them to the appropriate person.
  • On-Site Event Support: Assist with various tasks such as running errands, providing water/refreshments to staff or guests, and supporting event activities.
