As a Brand Associate, you will:

• Utilize client-provided leads, forge strong relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver top-tier product guidance through expert brand consultation
• Champion our clients' brands in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and sales presentations, whether face-to-face or via phone calls with customers
• Pinpoint customer pain points and preferences to offer the optimal service or product solution tailored to their needs
• Act as the go-to contact for addressing prospects' inquiries and concerns
• Boost brand awareness and craft effective sales strategies through collaboration with team members and other departments
• Adhere to internal processes to track, manage, and log all activities in Salesforce.com with precision

Brand Associate Prerequisites:

• An experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, and/or brand promotions is highly valued
• An educational foundation in marketing, communication, or a related discipline is an asset

• Meticulous attention to detail and robust organizational skills
