Prairie Bus Lines is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, part-time Dispatcher to join our team in Rocky Mountain House. Dispatchers are primarily responsible for scheduling drivers, providing tactful and professional telephone and radio assistance, and administrative duties.

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10:30 am.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to serve the public and relate to coworkers in a courteous, helpful manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, intuitive and empathetic listening skills
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Very organized
• Strong computer skills and knowledgeable of Microsoft Programs
• Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and as a part of a team
• Clear criminal record
• Valid Alberta driver's license – Class 2S license considered an asset
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Good map reading skills with a strong knowledge of Rocky Mountain House and surrounding areas
