The Manager, Strategic Marketing plays a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of DIRTT's marketing initiatives in order to achieve the function's strategic goals. The primary responsibilities include providing direct leadership and daily oversight of DIRTT's marketing functions inclusive of channel and vertical Marketing, brand management, graphic design, website development and maintenance, digital lead generation, digital marketing, internal and external communications, and general marketing activities.
What You'll Do- Maintain a holistic understanding of DIRTT's various marketing efforts, providing mentorship and support to the team to achieve results.
- Manage and coordinate activities of the strategic marketing team ensuring timely execution of key deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for the purpose of brand building and lead generation.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing materials that incorporate story-telling aspects including testimonials and perspectives of those outside of DIRTT.
- Oversee media-relations initiatives and activities and provide support to leadership when required.
- Communicate DIRTT's product innovations, recent market wins, and notable events externally and internally.
- Develop a partner-focused marketing strategy and oversee activities to foster the partner marketing function and evaluate how to best use team resources to increase brand awareness and support DIRTT's partner network.
- Support programs generate demand in the key market segments through specific targeted initiatives and materials.
- Provide support for events and sponsorships to maximize the company's investment and exposure.
- Collaborate with event planning committees to brainstorm fresh marketing strategies that will impact audiences in the marketplace.
- Ensure alignment with and provide support to other areas of the business including commercial, sales, and product strategy.
- Oversee the delivery of best-in-class creative, including print, video and online media.
- Manage the design and development of marketing materials across all strategic marketing functions.
- Lead the development and support the execution of DIRTT's digital marketing strategy.
- Custom tailor the design, development and user experience of DIRTT.com to effectively deliver key messaging on the benefits of working with DIRTT.
- Drive the effectiveness of DIRTT's online and social media presence through the development and execution of a content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing direction.
- Ensure community involvement programs are showcased in internal and external communications.
- Create and manage an annual marketing budget, including effectiveness of marketing spend and ROI on marketing related activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a experience in multiple channel and vertical paths to market.
- Experience in team leadership and management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools including CRM systems, analytics platforms, social media. and marketing automation tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
